We are delighted to have your student in our program(s). We will do everything we can to make sure your student has the best experience possible.  The information below is provided to ensure that you are aware of some of our policies and we encourage you to contact us with any questions, comments or concerns.

Who are the staff members?

All staff members are energetic individuals with a passion for teaching!  Our staff is the most important part of each program, and is limited to trained professionals with classroom experience and community service members of exemplary character.  Our staff consists of amazing individuals who are looking to give back to the community by using their unique skill set to improve education and provide enrichment to elementary students.  Employees are TB tested and fingerprinted upon hire.  Newly hired employees, having passed both the TB test and Live Scan, are then eligible to begin a 10-hour training session.  The training session covers program curriculum, classroom management, emergency safety and program rules and regulations.  In addition, team members will receive fifteen hours of on-site training under the supervision of our lead instructors.  All team members have previous experience in working with children.

Student Dismissal

For safety of the children, our staff members will not leave until students are picked up by a legal guardian or parent.  We reserve the right to implement a $10 charge for every 15 minutes that the responsible party is late picking up the student.

Kinder Students

An EPIC staff member will be responsible for picking up kinder students from their classrooms as long as the registration is done over the phone or turned in a week in advance.

Registration Forms

Registration forms for any program must be turned in to the school office prior to the start date of the program.  To register the day of the program, please contact the EPIC office.
