Where does my student go on the first day of the program?

• EPIC instructors meet all the students at the lunch benches at each school and take them to the appropriate classroom.

I have a student in kindergarten. How will my student get to the program?

• Kindergarten students will be picked up from their classrooms as long as a room number is provided during registration.

Who are the instructors for the classes?

• Each qualified instructor has gone through intensive training for each curriculum. Their profiles can be found on our website under the Staff Members page. Additionally, each instructor has gone through fingerprinting and TB screening per California Education Code 45125.

Do you prorate if we cannot attend the first class?

• We do not prorate classes, but if a student is unable to attend the first class, a twenty-minute makeup session on day two can be scheduled with the instructor if given advanced notice.

Do you offer discounts for school administration or faculty?

• All school administration or faculty members receive 50% off tuition. This discount must be approved using a district email during registration.

Do you offer private tutoring?

• Private tutors are available in certain areas. Please contact us for more information. Tutoring rates are $25/hr.

Can parents stay and watch?

• Parents are welcome to observe a class as long as district policy allows.
